Spindlenique Boutique Maternity Skirt

Spindlenique Boutique denim maternity skirt. Made by Amanda Hand from Old Navy Maternity size Medium stretch blue jeans. Who says you can't look cute while expecting?

This skirt measures from waist to hem nearly 26".

These skirts are SUPER comfy and SUPER cute!

~~ I have several skirts that Amanda sent. Some are uploaded to this auction and others will be uploaded to my FB wall for a mini auction. Both will benefit the Burger family.

Jones New York handbag

This small handbag is perfect for the essentials. It measures approx. 7" by 9" and is new with tags. It is by Jones New York and is the Berkeley style. It is made with material that is easy to wipe and keep clean.

Photography

Daniel Simpson has offered a one hour photo session which includes images on a CD for your convenience. Session needs to be in Kitsap County.
** Just wanted to add**
Daniel is learning, and I don't think this detracts from the auction post - but rather adds to it. You have the opportunity to get great pictures, help Brian's family and help Daniel improve his photography skills.
Thank you Daniel for your willing heart and servant's spirit.

Tan Hooded Towel

Max is wrapped up in cuddly soft goodness in this picture! Brian's soon to be mommy made this hooded towel. This is not like your typical baby hooded towels you find in the stores. This is made from a full sized bath towel - and so offers maximum coverage and warmth.
This towel is new and I promise no oatmeal goobers were affixed to towel during modeling session! ;)

Holiday Clips

Created and donated by Lacey Rugg

These little clips were made by Lacey Rugg - she and her family adopted little Arina from the very same orphanage Max and Ivanna are from. She also has a son named Jaxson who also has Ds too. We had the blessing of meeting Arina and Mr. Rugg at the orphanage. What a treat!

You can get to know the Rugg family better at their blog:

Turquoise Hooded Towel

Here - our very well trained model is showcasing a turquoise or aqua marine hooded towel. This towel was made by Brian's soon to be Mommy, Sheri Burger. It was made with a full size bath towel, and offers maximum warmth and coverage -not like those hooded towels you buy in the store. Very cute - and very snuggly! Max makes a
nice cuddly package - wouldn't you say?

Boathouse Stay

Boathouse Stay

3 days and 2 nights

donated by Kris and Donna McGaughey

Located here in Port Orchard Washington, this boathouse is right near the water overlooking Mt. Rainier, Seattle, and Blake Island.

There is a full kitchen, bath and queen size bed with sleeper sofa.

Imagine getting away from it all, without the hassles of actually getting away. Here, you have the sounds, smells of the beach while you sip hot tea or coffee nestled near the wood stove and watching a movie on the flat screen television. Yes, it really is that awewsome!

Kris and Donna have once again offered the boathouse in an effort to help bring one other little blessing home. I can't imagine what this type of vacation might cost. You have the option of using this now, or waiting for brighter sunnier days ahead. You and the McGaughey's can work out the details.

There are also BBQ's located outside for your enjoyment.

White sandy beach to dig your toes in and enjoy some s'mores on the firepit.

Outside view of the Boathouse.

Ahhhh ... just imagine the possibilities.

Please be advised that there are many steep steps down to the boathouse.

The highest bidder will receive the opportunity for a 3 day and 2 night stay.

An Extra Leaf Canvas

Creator: Lu at Poppies Blooming

Lu designed this website for us in an effort to help us with getting awareness out about our own adoption and fundraise. It is beautiful. Well, Lu does this for many of the families adopting through Reece's Rainbow, she just has a beautiful heart. We have taken to calling her "Sweet Lu". Anyhow, she also gave us two canvases with the poem 'An Extra Leaf' that I wrote on it. It is beautiful and would make a great framed gift to someone who is apart of the Ds community, or perhaps you would like it yourself?

It is unframed and measures: approx. 11.5"heighth x 17" width

Please feel free to visit Lu's website full of design services.

Embroidered Baby Booties

This is for one pair of baby booties like these pictured below in the color of your choice.

~ Baby Booties by Erin Riddle ~

The booties will be made to your color choice. You can also choose the infant shoe size as well as having them made for a little girl or boy (with embroidery to match either).
It is always a challenge to keep little sweet feet warm while also trying to master keeping socks and shoes on those wiggly toes. This is a PERFECT solution to that problem - super cute and comfy baby booties that stay on the feet much better than just socks, but are not as constricting as conventional shoes! Makes a PERFECT baby shower gift!

Long Down syndrome Korkers

Buddy Walk Seattle 2010

~ created by Malissa Farmer ~

These are longer Korker bows and are absolutely adorable. My girls have the same ones and have worn them in the local Buddy Walk. I called them "Buddy Walk Bling Bling" ;)

These are made with Ds awareness colors and have a bottle top affixed in the middle. They are attached to a french clip. This is for a set of two. Trust me ... these are awesome!

Matryoshka Doll

This Matryoshka Doll (nesting doll) was purchased by yours truly from the outdoor market located right across the street from the SDA of Max and Ivanna's country. I purchased her as we sat outside waiting for some paperwork to be approved by the SDA in order for us to pick up our referrals.

Unfortunately we only bought one of her - and I am hoping that my sweet friend Luba might pick up a couple more for me in February. (wink wink) Anyhow, she is beautiful and has ten pieces. She is mostly blue and white with gold highlights and I believe she is all hand crafted.

Each piece or doll has different scenes painted on them. Even the tiniest little piece. It simply is amazing to see the detail.

This is your opportunity to have an authentic souvenir straight from Eastern Europe. ;)

Hand Crafted Baby Blanket

I just love hand made blankets. Something about wrapping up your precious bundle in something that was constructed in love. This blanket is no different. The love that went into this blanket is that of caring for those abroad who are in so much need.
I can assure you that the creator, Teresa Simpson has taken the greatest of care in creating this blanket.
This blanket is a full sized crib blanket measuring 50" x 33". It is 100% acrylic from Caron Simply soft yarn - trim is from Bernat yarn.
Care is as follows:
Machine washable in cold water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low heat.
